Yoga Movement, Meditation and Breathwork

We will address any concerns during these sessions with Breath-work, Yoga & Meditation.

 A process of inner exploration to learn, mind, body and soul integration.

Learn how to ignite your heart wisdom your natural intuitive state of love.  

Through yogic wisdom, contemplative practice to break down obstructions, as we progress through your inner realm.

Spiritual principles will be learned to apply to your relationships, work, and life.

 

What you will attain:
  • I will guide you through techniques designed to be used during your individualized sessions to help with pain, to create strength and flexibility.
  • Yoga helps build a deeper form of relationship with yourself.
  • Release trauma that builds up in the tissue, stiff joints and restricted muscles. 
  • Learn how to improve osteoporosis, arthritis, symptoms.
  • Practice suitable restorative subtle poses that are focused on stabilizing the body on the floor, on a chair or lying down.
  • Discover techniques that will facilitate your mental clarity and can be practiced at home.
  • Release stress, tension and increase a calmer state of being.
  • These sessions work on integrating several modalities that can assist you.
  • I work alongside you to identify your blockages, to re-harmonize your disconnection.
  • You will be provided tools that you can use at home to continue guiding you with your own journey.
  • Thai Yoga Massage, can also be integrated.

Online Yoga One On One Sessions

6 week Coaching or up to 6 months

Meet once or twice a week; Depending on what you have chosen this is an example of how the sessions can be arranged each week:

1st week yoga one on one assessment, yoga techniques and nutritional tips, first session 2 hours

2nd week focus on your concerns with yoga

3rd week meditation for de-stressing the body

4th week breathing techniques to keep you on your journey of self healing

5th week Thai massage with reflexology

6th week Energy healing

Sessions are individualized based on each individuals symptoms, concerns and goals that are being focused on for well-being.

 

These sessions can also be arranged for couples, One on One Tantra Yoga for couples.

Tantra sessions, kundalini, shamanic, mudras, mantras, inner connection.
