Breathe Through the Season: Ignite Your Inner Flame
As we move into the darker months of autumn and winter, it is natural to notice changes in our energy, motivation, mood, and daily rhythms. The season invites us inward but going inward does not have to mean becoming depleted or disconnected.
This eight-week journey is an opportunity to explore the breath as a way to awaken energy, build inner resilience, and stay connected to yourself as the seasons change. Through practices drawn from prāṇāyāma, Kundalini, Tantra, and shamanic traditions, we will explore different ways of working with breath, awareness, energy, and the body.
Some practices will be calming and grounding. Others will be more energizing and activating. You will begin to recognize what your body needs and learn how to choose a practice that supports you in that moment.
There is also something powerful about entering the darker season consciously. Autumn and winter have traditionally represented turning inward, reflection, release, rest, and renewal. Rather than fearing the darkness, we can use it as an opportunity to meet the parts of ourselves that become quieter when life is busy.
For women, this can become a practice of remembering your own inner fire the part of you that remains present even when your external energy changes.
- What are you ready to release as you enter this season?
- What needs rest?
- What wants to be rekindled?
Come breathe, move inward, explore the shadows, and reignite the flame within you so you can emerge with greater energy, awareness, and connection to yourself.
